Atlantic City is totally "under water". We are expecting landfall of
Hurricane Sandy around Atlantic City, NJ between 4-6pm EDT
In Red Bank, New Jersey, Hurricane Sandy has pushed the Navesink River
over its banks flooding nearby streets and homes. The area marina sits
empty except for a lone boat being tossed about by the winds.
